Elan Meeting Rooms is a newly refurbished meeting space in
SE1 suitable for Board meetings, Seminars, Meetings and
Workshops. 

We are conveniently located in Central London near London
Bridge Station, at Royal Oak Yard, just off 156 Bermondsey
Street.  The seminar room is very well located on the ground
floor, with direct access from the main entrance to the
building. The room is light and airy and well ventilated,
holding up to 12 people seated for boardroom style as well
as for seminar style and can be hired hourly, for a half 
or full day.

The room includes a 50 inch high definition flat screen TV 
to be used for projection. There is free wifi and plenty 
of cat5 and electrical points. There is flexibility with 
the table and chair arrangements to suit your requirements. 

Whether you are looking for somewhere to host a seminar or a
very professional space to present to clients, Elan meeting
rooms offer a variety of meeting options at very reasonable
prices.

Tea, coffee, beverages and catering for light lunches can be
ordered in from the nearby coffee shop upon request.   

�25 + VAT per hour, �90 + VAT for half day and for full
day �175 + VAT.

WINTER DR BIKE SESSION
Wednesday 4 November
4pm-8pm outside James Clerk Maxwell Building, 57 Waterloo
Road; free
Keep pedaling through the winter, get your bike checked and
keep it roadworthy with Lambeth's free Dr Bike session in
the piazza between the BFI IMAX and the James Clerk Maxwell
Building. Bring your bike to a team of professional
mechanics who will look it over and check tyres, brakes,
gears etc. If it needs fixing and they can do it in the
allotted time they will, free of charge. If there is a
bigger problem they will tell you what is wrong so you can
take your bike to the nearest independent bike shop and get
it fixed there.

THE BRIDGE AT WATERLOO: HAVE YOUR SAY
Friday 6 to Monday 9 November

St John's Waterloo is launching a new project to support
people into employment whilst providing new and improved
community and cultural spaces in and around its building.
Local people are invited to see and discuss the plans. "We
are going to create a place of inspiration, transformation
and hope. It will address disadvantage and open
opportunities through the arts, community and heritage for
all parts of society in Waterloo and London more widely,"
says Canon Giles Goddard, who is leading the project. Coffee

HABERDASHERS' ASKE'S BOROUGH ACADEMY DROP-IN

REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY WREATH-LAYING CEREMONY

10.45am at Borough War Memorial, Borough High Street; free
The Mayor of Southwark, local MPs, councillors and other
civic dignitaries gather at the Borough War Memorial for a
short service and wreath-laying ceremony. The service will
be led by the Dean of Southwark, Very Revd Andrew Nunn.

ACT OF REMEMBRANCE AT SOVIET WAR MEMORIAL
