{ Advert: The Alexander Technique and looking good }

The Alexander Technique enables us to do everything
effortlessly; standing, moving, sitting at our desks,
walking up stairs. Even thinking and decision-making are
effortless.

When we stand well our stomachs look flatter. And when we
do things the Alexander way we look good; it's an elegant,
youthful way of moving, with sparky eyes and a frown-free
face. The Alexander Technique switches on our "star
quality".

Too good to be true? Contact us to arrange a free
introductory session.

Blues, Better Bankside is hosting DIY Happiness @ Work on
Tuesday 22 January. It's a free seminar full of practical
activities, insights and wisdom from the world of workplace.
