A static cycling event in conjunction with LGBT History
Month, Southwark Council and Rollapaluza Roller-Racing. The
name is a nod to Belleville Rendez-vous, the acclaimed
animated film by Sylvain Chomet. Rollapaluza provides a two
Condor bike rig, alongside a custom built timer and live
commentary. Belleville Waterloo will be a lighthearted fun
event, in keeping with this year's theme of 'tackling
homophobia in sport', but also addressing more serious
issues with a short film shown at the start of the evening.
The film will show LGBT people talking about their
experiences with sport growing up and discussing how we can
make a more positive future.
