Elephant & Castle to Calais (and on to Belgium) every

EXTRAS WANTED FOR FILMING AT BFI SOUTHBANK (NFT) ON THURSDAY
Thursday 5 April
The makers of 'French Film' - a romantic comedy from writer
Aschlin Ditta starring Hugh Bonneville and Anne-Marie Duff -
are filming a scene at BFI Southbank (aka National Film
Theatre) on Thursday and are looking for people aged between
35 and 65 to make up the cinema audience. This is a
low-budget production so there's no fee but �5 travel
expenses and food at mealtimes will be provided. There is a
"notable celebrity" as part of the cast and there will be a
stand-up comedian to keep the audience entertained.

WALK OF WITNESS: CHURCHES TOGETHER IN NORTH LAMBETH
Good Friday 6 April
Leaves Geraldine Mary Harmsworth Park and St John's Waterloo
at 10.15am 
Annual Good Friday walk of witness from Geraldine Mary
Harmsworth Park culminating in an ecumenical service with
hymns and prayers under the clock on the concourse at
Waterloo Station with Anglican, Methodist and Roman Catholic
congregations from North Lambeth.

NORTH SOUTHWARK CHURCHES' GOOD FRIDAY PROCESSION OF WITNESS
Good Friday 6 April
Starts 11am at Southwark Cathedral, London Bridge
The annual Good Friday Procession of Witness this year
begins at Southwark Cathedral and ends at St
Matthew's-at-the-Elephant in Meadow Row. There will be stops
in Borough High Street, Newington Causeway and the Elephant
& Castle Shopping Centre for readings of the Passion story.
Members of all church congregations in north Southwark are
being invited to join in.
