everyone' slogan has had its 15 minutes - get prepared
for the launch of the UN-Affordable Art Fair 2003+
whose time has come.  With a minimum price of �2003 the
Menier Gallery truly is in tune with the times. To
purchase something at this Fair you will need to be on
a first name basis with your bank manager! So forget
the volatile property market and investing in four
walls and instead invest in something to hang on them.

CRACKDOWN ON SOUTH BANK HOT DOG SELLERS
 A joint operation between Lambeth Council, Westminster
Council and the Metropolitan Police has netted five hot
dog sellers, an ice cream van and a wire bender all
plying their illegal trade on Westminster Bridge.

LAMBETH AND SOUTHWARK IN HISTORIC MEETING
SE1 residents living near the Lambeth-Southwark
boundary often express frustration at the lack of
coordination between the two boroughs. But that could

COUNCIL TAKES ACTION ON WATERLOO ROUGH SLEEPERS
Lambeth Council, in partnership with homelessness
charity St Mungo's and local police, has completed a
two-week operation to move on rough sleepers and street
drinkers in the Waterloo area, with the number of rough
sleepers being reduced by 50%.
