BANKSIDE COMMUNITY CHEST SCHEME DEADLINE
The deadline for the current round of grants from the
Bankside Community Chest Scheme is 31st August 2002.
Who can apply? If you live in Bankside or are part of a
Bankside-based community group you can apply to the
Community Chest. If you want to apply as an individual
for a project, you need to have backing from a local
group. Priority will be given to those who have not
previously received a Community Chest grant.
The Steering Group will prioritise applications north
of Union Street, west of Borough High Street and within
the Southwark boundary. If your scheme falls just
outside this area it may be worth checking with us
whether we can consider your application or not - our
"outer" boundary stretches southbound to Lant St/Pocock
St. For an application form please contact:
Adele Morris, Bankside Open Spaces Trust, 5 King James
Street, London SE1 0RU - Tel/fax 020 7261 1009
