OPEN DAY AT ST THOMAS' HOSPITAL
Saturday 21 June
11am-4pm at St Thomas' Hospital, Westminster Br Road; free
A chance to see behind the scenes of St Thomas' Hospital.
There's something for everyone - from displays and
demonstrations to health advice and entertainment. Last
year's open day at Guy's Hospital was attended by more than
2,000 people. The day will include:
* A Balkan brass band, an African dance group and a South
American trio who will play a sparkling blend of Brazilian
samba, Mexican bolero and Cuban song. 
* Workshops including a Radio Lollipop DJ workshop 
* More than 40 stalls to browse 
* Face painting and stilt walking 
* Information on getting fit and staying healthy 
There will be free admission to the Florence Nightingale
Museum all day too.

NATIONAL MARCH & PARADE AGAINST RACISM AND FASCISM
Saturday 21 June
Assemble 12 noon Tooley Street at Potters Fields Park,
Tooley Street
Love Music, Hate Racism march and carnival parade from
Tooley Street to Trafalgar Square. In the wake of the
election of the British National Party's Richard Barnbrook
to the London Assembly at City Hall, LMHR, trade unions, and
other anti-fascist and anti-racist campaigns are calling a
national demonstration and carnival parade against fascism
and racism which will celebrate the diversity of our
society. There will be a march and carnival parade, with
floats, marching bands, speakers and banners from every
organisation opposed to the BNP.
