{ Advert }

The Alexander Technique - run like the Kenyans

What have the Kenyan runners got that we haven't? Maybe it's
something natural, something we were born with, that they've
still got but we've lost. After all, we all knew how to run
when we were children.

How can we get it back? There are eight pages on "how to
run" in a book on running I recently browsed, but nowhere
does it say to just run the way nature intended you.
I bet the eleven Kenyans who won medals for athletics in
the 2012 Olympic Games didnt have to read it, or the
Kenyans who won eight of the last 10 London Marathons .

The Alexander Technique gives us back the effortless,
economic running we had when we were young.

"The Alexander Technique makes running far easier." Tarquin
Cooper in the Daily Telegraph.

from working with this material. He'll tell stories that
illustrate the Devil in several different narrative
functions, talk about his take on the Devil as a character,
the growth and development of his repertoire of Devilish
material, and he'll answer whatever questions you're tempted
