TASTE SPAIN FOOD FESTIVAL
Wednesday 17 to Thursday 18 October
9am-4pm at Borough Market, 8 Southwark Street
Borough Market and Phaidon Press are hosting this Spanish
food festival to celebrate the launch of 1080 Recipes by
Simone and Ines Ortega. This modern classic has been the
best-selling cookbook in Spain for thirty years, and will
now appear in English for the first time in an edition
created by the renowned Spanish graphic designer Javier
Mariscal. Spanish delicacies of every description will be
accompanied by an extravaganza of music, drama and dance, so
bring your castanets and a sharpened appetite to The
Borough. Several stalls from Borough's twin market La
Boqueria in Barcelona are visiting SE1.
